TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The value of the product is already inclusive of VAT and refers to the product in its unit (single piece, made exceptions for specified cases).
During the product order process, you will be asked to accept the terms of sale and privacy policy, if you do not accept, you will not be able to continue with the purchase.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and summary of what you purchased from our site. The email is sent automatically by the computer system.
In case of an error (wrong order or wrong price of an item), please contact us.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination of the package. The exact amount will be calculated and communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. Products are carefully packaged to preserve their integrity so that the risk of compromise is zero.

For online purchases on ours, you can choose to pay by credit card through paypal, or make an advance transfer, to be made within three days of order confirmation, using the following bank details:

RIGHT TO PRIVACY
Pursuant to Legislative Decree. No. 196/2003 it is declared that by filling out the contact form (e-mail or fax), or by sending their personal data in any form, the customer authorizes Petrocchi Cristiana to process their personal data. The above data will be managed and used by Petrocchi Cristiana, which may use them to follow up on Customer requests, for the management of purchase proposals and for sending information material.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree. No. 196/2003 the customer has the right to access their data, as well as the right to request at any time, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification and integration.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is recognized as provided by current regulations.
The deadline for availing the right is 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. By this date, the customer is required to send an email to: cristiana.petrocchi@libero.it
After receiving our confirmation, the customer is required to return the products at his or her sole expense and care, freely choosing the courier of his or her choice and arranging for proper packaging to ensure the integrity of the products.
Return shipment is the complete responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during the return shipment.

It is essential to prepare adequate packaging to ensure the integrity of the products during transport. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, undamaged and complete with all parts, accessories and the original packaging.
We will refund the customer within 14 days of physical receipt of the returned products via bank transfer or PayPal. The amount of the refund will be equal to the cost of the item purchased, minus the initial shipping costs incurred by us in sending the order (even in the case of “free” shipping indicated at the time of purchase), any cash on delivery and/or customs duties/import fees incurred for returns from abroad.

We are fully available to provide photos and additional details about our products upon customer request in order to support an informed purchase choice and ensure your full satisfaction.
SHIPMENTS
Your purchases made online will be delivered to the address you provide.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be responsible for missed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
All our items are rigorously checked and verified before each shipment. Deliveries are made by courier in full insurance coverage to ensure maximum security of purchases.
It is not possible to manage the exact time of delivery of shipments.
After the shipment has departed, you will receive via email the tracking code and link to track the delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
If delivery problems arise or the package goes into storage (at the post office or the carrier’s warehouse), it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange for pickup within the timeframe set by the carrier.
In order to meet your needs, if you have difficulty receiving the package at the given address, a pickup point (e.g., a post office or a courier pickup point) can be arranged by private message prior to shipment.
DELIVERY TIME
Shipping times will be indicated at the time of purchase based on the destination location of the goods and/or the type of shipping chosen.
In case the selected item is no longer available, shipping time may increase.
RETURNS
Return, under the terms stated in the terms of sale, is the responsibility of the customer, already stated in “Right of Withdrawal.”
INDICATIVE SHIPPING RATES
The actual shipping rate will be calculated at the time of purchase.
For some locations that are more difficult to reach (e.g., islands), the rate may be different from that listed.
